# ResetPulse vs ADHD Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: ResetPulse at every 3 weeks against ADHD Planner's every 3 months. ADHD Planner's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ResetPulse sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ADHD Planner sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ResetPulse ships an update every 3 weeks, ADHD Planner every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
