# Moonifest vs Witchly

Moonifest and Witchly both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 93% of Moonifest's written reviews are positive against 60% of Witchly's. Moonifest also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). Witchly's advantage is ratings volume (171 vs 15). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moonifest sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and Witchly sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Moonifest against 4.6 for Witchly. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Witchly has 171 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 93% of Moonifest's written reviews are positive against 60% of Witchly's.
