# Note Together vs Flock

The clearest difference is ads: Flock at none against Note Together's shown. Flock also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note Together sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Flock sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Note Together ships an update every 2 weeks, Flock every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
