# Math vs Consulting Mental Math

The clearest difference is device support: Math at 3 against Consulting Mental Math's 1. Math also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Math sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year and Consulting Mental Math sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
