# DraftOut vs Limelight

The clearest difference is update cadence: Limelight at every 2 days against DraftOut's monthly. DraftOut's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DraftOut sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.39 per month and Limelight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DraftOut ships an update monthly, Limelight every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
