# Boost vs SmartGrip

The clearest difference is update cadence: SmartGrip at every 4 weeks against Boost's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Boost sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SmartGrip sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Boost ships an update every 2 months, SmartGrip every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 5, 2026.
