# Cumbersome vs Khione

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cumbersome at every 3 days against Khione's fortnightly. Cumbersome also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 27.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cumbersome sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Khione sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cumbersome ships an update every 3 days, Khione fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
