# SolStride Step Tracker vs HealthPro Widgets

The clearest difference is update cadence: HealthPro Widgets at every 3 days against SolStride Step Tracker's every 8 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SolStride Step Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and HealthPro Widgets sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
