# xPackage vs Paxlo

The clearest difference is ads: Paxlo at none against xPackage's shown. Paxlo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). xPackage's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (71 vs 7). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. xPackage sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Paxlo sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for xPackage against 4.4 for Paxlo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: xPackage has 71 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 0% and 0% positive.

xPackage ships an update every 3 weeks, Paxlo weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
