# Executive Vitality vs Athlete Formula

The clearest difference is update cadence: Athlete Formula at every 10 days against Executive Vitality's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Executive Vitality sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $299.99 per month and Athlete Formula sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $74.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Executive Vitality ships an update every 4 months, Athlete Formula every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
