# STRONNECT vs Fit Planner

The clearest difference is ads: STRONNECT at none against Fit Planner's shown. STRONNECT also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. STRONNECT sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Fit Planner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

STRONNECT ships an update weekly, Fit Planner every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
