# Weight Loss Guide vs FitNemo

The clearest difference is update cadence: FitNemo at every 2 weeks against Weight Loss Guide's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weight Loss Guide sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and FitNemo sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weight Loss Guide ships an update every 6 weeks, FitNemo every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
