# Chapitres vs BrainDrop

The clearest difference is update cadence: BrainDrop at every 2 days against Chapitres's every 10 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chapitres sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and BrainDrop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chapitres ships an update every 10 days, BrainDrop every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
