# Splitty vs SplittyX

The clearest difference is device support: SplittyX at 3 against Splitty's 1. SplittyX also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Splitty sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and SplittyX sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
