# Kimov vs CodePermis

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kimov at weekly against CodePermis's every 2 months. Kimov also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kimov sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and CodePermis sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kimov ships an update weekly, CodePermis every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
