# 雷眼 vs 息光

The clearest difference is update cadence: 息光 at every 4 days against 雷眼's every 5 months. 雷眼's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 雷眼 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 息光 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

雷眼 ships an update every 5 months, 息光 every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
