# TABS vs Union Member Assistant

The clearest difference is rating: Union Member Assistant at 5.0 against TABS's 1.6. Union Member Assistant also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription). TABS's advantage is ratings volume (141 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TABS sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Union Member Assistant sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Union Member Assistant holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TABS has 141 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TABS ships an update every 2 weeks, Union Member Assistant every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
