# Shinka vs Vision

The clearest difference is update cadence: Shinka at fortnightly against Vision's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shinka sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Vision sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shinka ships an update fortnightly, Vision every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
