# LiveMap vs PLOTICS

The clearest difference is update cadence: PLOTICS at every 2 days against LiveMap's fortnightly. PLOTICS also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LiveMap sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and PLOTICS sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 6 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LiveMap ships an update fortnightly, PLOTICS every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
