# Resela vs FocusFlow Daily

The clearest difference is update cadence: FocusFlow Daily at every 2 days against Resela's every 4 months. Resela's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Resela sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $22.99 per month and FocusFlow Daily sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Resela ships an update every 4 months, FocusFlow Daily every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
