# DelayCam vs ViDelay

The clearest difference is update cadence: ViDelay at every 2 days against DelayCam's weekly. DelayCam's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DelayCam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ViDelay sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DelayCam ships an update weekly, ViDelay every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
