# Reset vs HypnoQuit

The clearest difference is update cadence: HypnoQuit at every 8 days against Reset's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reset sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and HypnoQuit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Reset ships an update every 3 weeks, HypnoQuit every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
