# Live Wallpaper Maker vs HeartWrite

The clearest difference is update cadence: HeartWrite at daily against Live Wallpaper Maker's monthly. HeartWrite also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Live Wallpaper Maker's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Wallpaper Maker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and HeartWrite sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HeartWrite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live Wallpaper Maker has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Live Wallpaper Maker ships an update monthly, HeartWrite daily. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
