Use your mind to align your heart. Cohera is a mind-driven heart-coherence trainer for Apple Watch. Bring your attention into the moment, pick a target rhythm, close your eyes, and guide your heart into sync while a living visualization drifts on screen. The whole point is that you can stop staring at numbers — the guidance is something you feel, not something you watch. When you're done, you get one honest score and a real sense of having slowed down. HOW IT WORKS Soft lub-dub haptic pulses pace your breath through your wrist — the gentle mechanism that helps your mind settle your heart into rhythm, tightly synced to the on-screen visual. Run a whole session with your eyes shut — no screen to stare at. ONE HONEST SCORE The Coherence Index (0 to 100) shows how closely your heart settled into your chosen rhythm, in plain language — Dispersed, Balanced, Aligned, Harmonic — instead of a wall of stats. FOUR RHYTHMS, ONE APP Choose your pace: Deep Rest, Calm Flow, Active Focus, or Walk & Talk. The same app helps you wind down and stay composed while you move. FOUR AMBIENT VISUALS Breathing Orb, drifting Particles, Fire, and Horizon Breath. Color and motion shift with your coherence — a living visual, not a chart. NUMBERS STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY The clock is hidden during a session and your data graph waits for the post-session summary. Coherence first, by design. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Cohera runs on the Apple Watch you already own and works with your own heart-rate data. No account required to start. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS The Coherence Index is Cohera's own measure of how well your heart followed your target rhythm — it's a training signal, not a medical or diagnostic tool. Cohera is for everyday calm and focus; it doesn't treat, diagnose, or prevent any condition. Built by an independent developer who wanted a calm session you can do with your eyes closed — and proof it actually worked.

About

BeatSleep

Features

BeatSleep does one thing. Your Apple Watch reads your heart, then vibrates on your wrist just under your own rate. Your pulse follows the vibration down, and you fall asleep. No sound, and nothing to watch. The screen exists only to prove it is working, and it fades away once you no longer need it. HOW A NIGHT GOES For the first 45 seconds nothing vibrates, while BeatSleep measures the rate you are actually resting at. Then the cadence anchors there and sheds four beats every ten minutes, staying just under your pulse: far enough to lead, close enough to be followed. If a noise wakes you, it stops pulling and re-anchors to your real heartbeat within a minute. Apple Watch gives an app only a handful of vibration patterns, and most carry a tone through the speaker. BeatSleep uses the one that does not, so the person beside you sleeps through your night. The night closes itself five minutes after your pulse has settled. A hard fifteen minutes, or the whole night, are yours to set instead. IN THE MORNING Health will tell you that you slept seven hours. BeatSleep will tell you that forty minutes of them were awake in eleven separate pieces, how long you took to fall asleep, and how far your pulse fell below your resting rate. It reads Apple Health, so there is something to show you on the very first morning. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A widget that leads with the figure you choose: how long the descent took, the nights in a row, the lowest rate you held, or how closely your pulse followed the vibration. And every night is in Spotlight, so you can ask for one in your own words and open it. The index is built on your device and stays there. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICES No account. No server. No analytics, no advertising identifiers and no third-party SDKs. Your heart rate is read from HealthKit on the watch, the summary is computed there overnight, and it travels to your iPhone over Apple's encrypted device link. If you turn on iCloud sync, your nights go to your own private iCloud, in encrypted fields, never to us. You can export everything as a file, or erase it for good, at any time. BEATSLEEP PRO Free leads three nights in any seven days, and they are whole nights: the same descent, the same failsafe, the same morning summary. Pro lifts the count to every night, and adds your full history, every month behind you, the Thrum and Hush waveforms, a breath with your own four counts, iCloud sync, and the rest of the colors. BeatSleep Pro is €3.99 a month or €24.99 a year, billed to your Apple Account and renewing until you cancel, which you can do at any time in Settings. Terms of Use: https://javi7899.github.io/beatsleep-web/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://javi7899.github.io/beatsleep-web/privacy.html Requires an Apple Watch. BeatSleep is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
