# PushUpLock vs Striga

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PushUpLock at 85% against Striga's 0%. PushUpLock also leads on rating (4.7 vs 2.0) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Striga's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PushUpLock sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Striga sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PushUpLock holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PushUpLock has 1.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 85% of PushUpLock's written reviews are positive against 0% of Striga's.

PushUpLock ships an update every 2 weeks, Striga every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
