# Holy Bible ++ vs Cedro

The clearest difference is ads: Holy Bible ++ at none against Cedro's shown. Cedro's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Holy Bible ++ sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Cedro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Holy Bible ++ ships an update every 2 months, Cedro every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
