# Kumo vs 9PM

The clearest difference is rating: 9PM at 5.0 against Kumo's 4.5. 9PM also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 22%). Kumo's advantage is ratings volume (43 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kumo sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and 9PM sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

9PM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kumo has 43 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
