# Vip Proxy Server vs CMD

The clearest difference is rating: CMD at 5.0 against Vip Proxy Server's 4.5. Vip Proxy Server's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CMD holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 117 and 76 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Vip Proxy Server's written reviews are positive against 95% of CMD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
