# Countdown vs Nope

The clearest difference is update cadence: Countdown at monthly against Nope's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Nope sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown ships an update monthly, Nope every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
