# AI Mind Map vs PMP Prep

The clearest difference is ads: PMP Prep at none against AI Mind Map's shown. PMP Prep also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). AI Mind Map's advantage is ratings volume (58 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Mind Map sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and PMP Prep sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PMP Prep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Mind Map has 58 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AI Mind Map ships an update every 4 days, PMP Prep weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
