# Faccera vs Ascend

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ascend at every 3 days against Faccera's every 8 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Faccera sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Ascend sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Faccera ships an update every 8 days, Ascend every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
