# Focus Fox vs Stop Doomscrolling

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stop Doomscrolling at every 4 days against Focus Fox's monthly. Stop Doomscrolling also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Fox sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Stop Doomscrolling sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Fox ships an update monthly, Stop Doomscrolling every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
