# Countdown vs Finally

The clearest difference is update cadence: Finally at every 4 days against Countdown's every 2 weeks. Countdown's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Finally sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown ships an update every 2 weeks, Finally every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
