# Float Cam vs RecVault

The clearest difference is ads: RecVault at none against Float Cam's shown. RecVault also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Float Cam sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and RecVault sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Float Cam ships an update every 2 weeks, RecVault every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
