# BattleBlox vs Pankora

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BattleBlox at none against Pankora's 5. BattleBlox also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Pankora's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pankora sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. BattleBlox asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for BattleBlox against 5.0 for Pankora. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pankora has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BattleBlox ships an update every 3 months, Pankora every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
