# RELA vs Krets

The clearest difference is update cadence: Krets at every 2 days against RELA's every 9 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RELA sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Krets sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RELA ships an update every 9 days, Krets every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
