# GigScroll vs Lyrics Library

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lyrics Library at every 5 days against GigScroll's every 3 weeks. GigScroll's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GigScroll sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lyrics Library sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GigScroll ships an update every 3 weeks, Lyrics Library every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
