# Regimen vs FitLog App

The clearest difference is update cadence: FitLog App at every 3 days against Regimen's weekly. Regimen's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Regimen sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and FitLog App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Regimen ships an update weekly, FitLog App every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
