# Re vs Notez

The clearest difference is update cadence: Re at weekly against Notez's every 2 months. Notez's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Re sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Notez sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Re ships an update weekly, Notez every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
