# ORBIT vs Eye Diary

The clearest difference is ads: Eye Diary at none against ORBIT's shown. ORBIT's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ORBIT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per month and Eye Diary sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ORBIT ships an update every 2 days, Eye Diary monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
