# RollStrong vs Progress AI

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Progress AI at 20 against RollStrong's 4. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RollStrong sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Progress AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for RollStrong against 5.0 for Progress AI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Progress AI has 20 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

RollStrong ships an update monthly, Progress AI every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
