# Birder vs Bugdex

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Bugdex at 13.0 against Birder's 16.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Birder sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Bugdex sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
