# Rec League vs Source Assist

The clearest difference is monetization model: Source Assist at free against Rec League's free with in-app purchases. Rec League's advantage is ratings volume (481 vs 4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Rec League against 5.0 for Source Assist. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rec League has 481 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
