# StudyKit vs CourseLink

The clearest difference is rating: CourseLink at 5.0 against StudyKit's 1.0. CourseLink also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). StudyKit's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StudyKit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and CourseLink sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CourseLink holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CourseLink has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

StudyKit ships an update every 4 days, CourseLink every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
