# Hitop vs Amorshort

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hitop at 79% against Amorshort's 0%. Hitop also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription). Amorshort's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.9) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hitop sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Amorshort sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Amorshort holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 40 and 184 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Hitop's written reviews are positive against 0% of Amorshort's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hitop ships an update every 2 weeks, Amorshort every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
