# GiFF vs ClipPace

The clearest difference is monetization model: GiFF at free against ClipPace's free with in-app purchases. GiFF also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.1). ClipPace's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GiFF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ClipPace sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for GiFF against 5.0 for ClipPace. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.

GiFF ships an update every 5 months, ClipPace every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
