# TrackPit vs Wand

The clearest difference is update cadence: Wand at every 11 days against TrackPit's every 5 weeks. Wand also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 27.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TrackPit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Wand sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TrackPit ships an update every 5 weeks, Wand every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
