# MintDeck vs MindShield?

The clearest difference is update cadence: MindShield? at every 2 days against MintDeck's weekly. MindShield? also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MintDeck sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and MindShield? sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MintDeck ships an update weekly, MindShield? every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
