# Pyralinks vs kromatika

The clearest difference is ads: kromatika at none against Pyralinks's shown. kromatika also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). Pyralinks's advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 4) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pyralinks sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and kromatika sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

kromatika holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pyralinks has 102 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 83% of Pyralinks's written reviews are positive against 100% of kromatika's.

Pyralinks ships an update every 3 weeks, kromatika every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
