The clearest difference is ads: Big Bid at none against ALNOMOOR's shown. Big Bid also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). ALNOMOOR's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (23 vs 4). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.0 for ALNOMOOR against 4.0 for Big Bid. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ALNOMOOR has 23 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
